Reservations & Deposits:
A $1000.00 deposit is required on a valid credit card at time of booking. Full payment and the signed guest lodging agreement must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival, checks or money orders only. A $1000.00 security deposit will be pre-authorized on a valid credit card upon check-in and will be refunded within 10 days of departure providing there have been no damages, inventory loss or excessive housekeeping charges. Guests booking a reservation within 60 days of arrival must pay in full at time reservation is made.
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel a reservation for any reason: 60 days or more prior to arrival; $100.00 cancellation fee. Less than 60 days: The $1000.00 deposit will be forfeited. Management may consider applying the balance, less the $100.00 cancellation fee, to another date to stay within the next 365 day period if the Lodge can be re-rented.
Linens & Furnsihings:
All rentals offer a fully equipped kitchen, with Harvest House and The Main Lodge offering 2 kitchens each. Bed linens and blankets are provided for each bed. Bath towels and washcloths are furnished.
Check-In:
Check-in time is after 3:00PM.
Departure:
Check-out time is 11:00AM. Please adhere to this policy so that we may have time to prepare the chalet for the next guests.
